Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

AI Tātparya provides two things: a free tier (verbatim text of Indian cyber/IT-regulatory circulars — CERT-In, MeitY, RBI, IRDAI, SEBI — searchable without an account), and a paid tier (an AI chatbot that answers questions grounded in that verbatim text, plus plain-language explanation).

The AI chatbot can be wrong. It's grounded in real circular text, not general knowledge, but it can still misread, misquote, or miss context. This is not legal, compliance, or professional advice, and you should verify anything important against the original circular before relying on it.

2. Business details

Legal name: Sri Sakhi Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Contact: hello@aitatparya.com. Grievance Officer: see section 9. Our GST registration number and full registered address are available on request at the same email address.

3. Accounts

• You sign in with your email via a one-time link — no password.
• You're responsible for keeping access to your own email account secure, since that's what controls sign-in.
• One account per person — don't share your sign-in access as a way to split one subscription across multiple people.

4. Subscription and billing

• The paid tier costs ₹299/month (inclusive of GST) for individual use, billed monthly, auto-renewing until cancelled.
• Free month and other offers. New accounts may be offered a free first month. When one is offered, you add a card or UPI mandate through Razorpay, nothing is charged during the free period, and afterwards the subscription renews automatically at ₹299/month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page, and cancelling during the free month means you are never charged. Free months from referrals or accepted feature requests, when they open, follow the rules in our Plans & Offers FAQ, which form part of these Terms: offers cannot be combined to avoid paying, have no cash value and may be withdrawn for abuse.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details — see our Privacy Notice.
• If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry before suspending access.
• See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for how to cancel.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Scrape, republish, or resell our AI-generated explanations or guidance as your own product. (The underlying circular text itself is public government material — our free tier already makes that freely accessible.)
• Attempt to bypass the subscription gate, share paid-tier access outside your own use, or interfere with normal operation.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

Circular text originates from public government sources, presented verbatim with a link back to the original. Our own AI-generated explanations, translations, and guidance are Sri Sakhi Enterprises' work product. Trademark clearance for "AI Tātparya" and its logo is in progress.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Sri Sakhi Enterprises isn't liable for decisions made based on the Service's output, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived by agreement.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel any time. We can suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, or for repeated failed payment, after reasonable notice where practical.

9. Grievance redressal

For any complaint about the Service, billing, or how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer:

We'll acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. This is in addition to, not instead of, your right to approach the Data Protection Board of India or a consumer dispute redressal forum at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, we'll post the updated version here with a new date, and tell existing subscribers directly by email for material changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to approach a consumer dispute redressal forum with jurisdiction over your own place of residence.
